Twelve property transfers were recorded in Barre between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two carried sale prices so far: $212,000 and $215,000, for a median of $213,500 based on those two transactions. The top recorded sale was 291 Loring Rd. at $215,000, sold by Justin C. Pollard and Whitney E. Marshall to Operative Bank. The remaining 10 transfers, including clusters on South Street and South Barre Road, have no price yet listed in registry data. Several transfers involved mortgage-related entities as sellers or banks as buyers, a pattern visible in the raw deed data though not yet reflected in pricing figures for most sales.
