Seven Barre Property Deeds Recorded in August, Only One Discloses a Sale Price
Barre recorded seven property deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one, a $25,000 transaction involving a Barre property with no listed street address, disclosed a sale price. That figure sets the period's price range and median at $25,000, though it reflects a single transaction rather than a broad market sample. Old Coldbrook Road saw two of the seven transfers, at 999 and 111 Old Coldbrook Rd. Two deeds involved trust or estate sellers, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. appeared as a party on two transfers. With six of seven prices undisclosed, the data offers limited visibility into the month's home values.
