Worcester County recorded 10 property deeds in Barre between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carried a sale price by report time: $30,000 and $141,300, for a midpoint of $85,650. The top recorded sale was 145 Old Coldbrook Rd. at $141,300, sold to Drew Mortgage Associates Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.
