Eight Barre home sales recorded in past month, but most prices kept private
Barre recorded eight property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $252,000 and $360,000, for a median of $306,000 among those two. The month's top disclosed sale was 50 Grove St., which sold for $360,000 on July 30, moving from sellers Carmine and Grace Gugliotti into the Ashley Warren Family Trust. A second Grove Street deed, 50 Grove St. N, was recorded the same day with the same sellers but no listed price. The remaining six sales, on Wheelwright, South Barre, Hardwick, Phillipston and Old Coldbrook roads, did not disclose price data, limiting a full read on the period's market tone.
