Barre Records 13 Property Transfers in Late Summer, Just One Discloses a Price
Barre recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but only one deed disclosed a sale price. That transaction, an Aug. 19 sale from Leah Radabaugh and Leah M. Radabaugh to Premier RC Properties LLC, closed at $137,500. The remaining 12 sales, spanning addresses from Williamsville Road to Wauwinet Road, recorded no consideration amount. School Street saw two sales in the period, the only street with more than one transaction. Five of the 13 deeds involved a bank, mortgage company or credit union as a party, though the data does not indicate why.
