Barre Home Sales Span Wide Price Range From $7,608 To $299,000
Twelve properties sold in Barre between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $7,608 to $299,000, with a median of $113,012. The top sale was 116 School St. N at $299,000, sold Aug. 5 from Lance DeBoise and Stacey Luster to Nicholas Nadeau; a second deed for the same address, listing Nadeau as seller, recorded no price or buyer. Two lower-priced sales on Aug. 6 went to the same buyer, Urban Development. With eight of 12 sales lacking disclosed prices, the data offers a limited view of overall market conditions this period.
