Barre Deed Filings Show $200,000 Top Sale, Most Prices Undisclosed
Barre recorded ten property deeds from July 3 through Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price. The high was a $200,000 sale at 281 Sunrise Ave., sold by Garth R. and Pamela Dickson to Cornerstone Bank; the low was $45,600, putting the median of the two disclosed prices at $122,800. Eight of the ten filings, including two involving Barre Town Treasurer and several involving mortgage entities such as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Rocket Mortgage LLC, did not list a sale price. Because most deeds lacked pricing data, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from price alone.
